You might want to go with a hybrid model (analog/digital). Analog over the air tv is being phased out in 2009 in the US.

You can do that on newegg.com for reasonably cheap prices, I used them to build a gaming rig that normally would cost $3,000 for $700. I'd highly reccommend at least looking through what they've got and price compare your site with their inventory. Newegg's never let me down.

if your looking for cheaper prices go to http://www.pricegrabber.com and search for those parts and as for ram go to http://www.crucial.com and see what you can find

PS make sure you have enough fans and make sure you have thermal paste(for the processor)
