I have a sony svr-3000 (series 2), and a sony svr-2000 (series 1). Both of them have the same remote and on one of the remotes the volume up, volume down, and mute doesn't work. Only the TV on/off button works. It has the same exact problem on multiple tvs. When I put in the same code with the other remote everything works fine.
